The staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay.

The sound insulation in the bedroom was poor, making it difficult to sleep with noise from the hallway and surrounding area. the bed mattress needed upgrading for more comfort. I expected a peaceful environment, but it was obviously compromised by the noise from groups of guests.

our stay at ourabay was amazin! the staff were super friendly and helpfull, makin us feel right at home. we loved the spacious room with a comfy bed, and the pool area was awesomely clean with loads of sunbeds. also, the location was perfect -- just a quick walk to bars and the beach! they had a nice little bar too for food and drinks.

only 2 complaints, the shower had some issues and the furniture felt a bit outdated. but, it didn't ruin our trip.

The kids loved the pool area, and we had a blast at Zoomarine just a short drive away! Our apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We really appreciated having a comfortable bed after full days of fun with our son.

Loved our stay at the Ourabay! The location is spot on, just a quick 5-minute walk to the strip. The duplex apartment we had was clean and spacious, perfect for our group of friends. Two balconies meant we could enjoy sunbathing or pre-drinks outdoors. The pool area had a great vibe, even with a mix of families and party groups, and it never felt too chaotic. Staff like Eric at reception were super helpful, greeting us warmly. the shower in one bathroom was broken, which was a bit inconvenient since we had two bathrooms. The pool bar served great food, especially the cheese and ham toasties, but prices were on the higher side. We appreciated the daily room service and the fact that the apartments had all necessary kitchen appliances. Minor maintenance issues were present, like the shower and a few outdated elements, but overall, the positives made our trip memorable. Definitely planning to come back!

Free parking and 24-hour reception were super convenient, but the pool bar was closed.

Just spent 9 nights here. The place is super chill, and the staff is amazing! The pool area is great, and I totally loved the toasties from the poolside bar. Only bummer was that the rooms felt a bit dated, but they were clean and comfy. a blast!

Spacious apartment, friendly staff, which made our stay enjoyable as they promptly assisted us with any needs and helped us find a lost toy, and great amenities, including a beautiful pool area perfect for relaxation after exploring the nearby beach just a quick 10 minutes away.

Perfect location, very clean. Pool area is fabulous, never struggled for sunbeds. We were never disturbed by noise. Staff were phenomenal, assisted us whenever we needed anything.
